Mama and Baby Yoga

Designed exclusively for new moms and their little ones, our classes offer a gentle blend of rejuvenating yoga practices and nurturing baby interactions. Strengthen your body, release tension, and enhance your flexibility while bonding with your baby through calming poses and gentle movements. Classes focus on toning abs and pelvic floor, re-strengthening the shoulders, quadriceps, and hips, and to recovering internally and externally from pregnancy and childbirth. For babies 6 weeks through crawling.

Mama’s and Movers 

Mom and Toddler Yoga offers a heartwarming and interactive experience, where mothers and their little ones embark on a shared journey of movement, playfulness, and connection. This unique yoga practice cultivates a harmonious bond between parent and child through gentle poses, engaging activities, and mindfulness exercises. With a focus on promoting physical development, emotional well-being, and the joy of togetherness, Mom and Toddler Yoga creates a space where cherished moments are woven into the fabric of both motherhood and a child's early exploration of wellness.

Children should be crawling up to age 3.

Pelvic Floor Classes
